Orders Outside the European Union (except the United States):

Please be aware that additional costs, including customs duties, VAT, and taxes, may apply to your order. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country's customs regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these charges before placing your order. While we will manage the shipping process and ensure the full value of the watch is accurately declared for customs purposes, payment of any duties and taxes will be required upon delivery.
Switzerland is exempt, as we are a Swiss company.

Sourcing and Reliability

At Harvey Store, we take pride in offering a carefully curated selection of watches sourced primarily from authorized dealers and other reputable sources. Our dedication to quality ensures that every timepiece meets our high standards for authenticity and reliability. We thoroughly vet our suppliers to provide you with peace of mind in your purchase, knowing that each watch in our collection comes from trustworthy channels. Serial Numbers on Watches

Each watch manufacturer imprints a unique serial number on their timepieces for identification purposes, serving as a crucial element in verifying authenticity. At Harvey Store, we take this commitment to authenticity seriously and guarantee that every watch we sell features the original manufacturer’s serial number, which remains intact and unaltered. Our dedication to quality assurance means that we meticulously inspect each timepiece in our collection, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of authenticity and craftsmanship. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we prioritize the integrity of our products and are here to support you in your luxury watch journey.

Warranty – Detailed Explanation

Manufacturers typically require their watches to be sold through authorized channels at full or near full list prices. We have established partnerships with direct authorized dealers and distributors, both in the U.S. and internationally, allowing us to purchase large quantities of goods throughout the year. In the rare event that an issue arises with your watch within two years of the purchase date, we kindly ask you to contact us. For minor issues such as regulation, battery changes, or similar concerns, we have contracted highly qualified professional watchmakers who can efficiently address these matters. Our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for many high-end watch manufacturers and will ensure that your watch is properly serviced, including water resistance testing. If a defect is determined to be of a more serious nature, we will coordinate the return of the watch to the respective manufacturer through our authorized dealers. Please note that repair lead times may vary; manufacturers typically take a minimum of 4-8 weeks for repairs, and this may extend if parts are back-ordered.

Manufacturer Warranty - "All Papers Included"

Harvey Store is pleased to provide an authorized dealer stamped warranty card with every purchase. All our watches come with an international manufacturer warranty.

When the manufacturer’s warranty is included with the watch, we will also include the original authorized dealer endorsed warranty card. In such cases, any warranty service requirements will be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. Rest assured, we will gladly assist in facilitating warranty service whenever needed.

Yes, all of our watches come with a two-year manufacturer warranty, providing you with peace of mind in your purchase. As an authorized reseller for many prestigious brands, and a non-authorized reseller for others, we guarantee that every watch from Harvey Store is:

• Protected by our two-year warranty
• 100% genuine and authentic, complete with the manufacturer’s serial number
• Shipped in its original packaging, including the owner’s guide

This warranty coverage is effective for two years from the date of purchase for all brand-name watches, unless otherwise specified.
