Your products will be delivered through high-end courier services. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You may want to contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment (only for order outside European Union).

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return it. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Returns must be authorized in advance.
Packages sent without prior communication may not be properly processed.

Exceptions in Switzerland
Only in Switzerland, we do not accept returns for items over 1000 CHF in value.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

HarveyStore  guarantees all watches sold through our web-site to be 100% brand new, genuine, in the original box, including the papers (including the warranty card/book), and with the original serial number intact and unaltered.

Harvey Store is NOT an authorized dealer of any brand watch we sell. We source most of our watches from authorized dealers and other direct, reliable sources. We do not source our watches through unreliable or questionable sources.

Serial Numbers on Watches

Every watch manufacturer imprints a serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. HarveyStore.com guarantees that each watch it sells bears the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and without any alterations.

HarveyStore.com guarantees that every watch it sells is authentic and that the serial number on each watch has never been altered or modified in any way.

Warranty – detailed explanation:

The manufacturers dictate that their watches be sold through the authorized channels at full or close to full list prices. 

We have arrangements with direct authorized dealers/distributors both in the US & internationally where we commit to buy large quantities of goods from them throughout the year.

If in the unlikely event something does go wrong with your watch for 2 years from date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back to us. If the issue is an easy fix such as a regulation, battery change or a similar simple issue – we have contracted highly qualified professional watchmakers who are capable of correcting these simple issues (water resistance testing after opening the watch & other such concerns are completely guaranteed). Our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for many high end watch manufacturers & can easily deal with these simple corrections.

However if we determine that the defect is of a more serious nature, we will actually have the watch returned to the respective manufacturer through our authorized dealers. The only issue with sending a watch back to the manufacturer is the lead time. Unfortunately the manufacturers can take a minimum from anywhere between 4-8 weeks to repair a watch, sometimes longer if parts are back ordered.

All our watches comes with International Manufactuer Watch

When the manufacturers warranty is included with the watch, we will include the original authorized dealer endorsed warranty card, in which case any warranty service requirements shall be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. That is not to say we will not assist in getting the warranty service.
